Kindzmarauli is a semi-sweet red wine (PDO), made from grapes of the Saperavi variety, from the Kindzmarauli microzone. The harvest is harvested by hand. Before processing the grapes, the best bunches are selected on the conveyor. The temperature of the obtained high-quality grain will be reduced to 20 C° before it is transferred to the cistern for fermentation. When the concentration of sugar drops to 45 g/l, we stop the fermentation using the shock cooling method. The obtained wine material is stored at -3C° for 5-8 months, after which the wine is processed and bottled.
