Made from grapes of the Saperavi variety, Telavi, specifically Kurduglauri. The harvest is harvested by hand. Before the grapes are processed, the best bunches are selected on the conveyor and only the perfectly ripe claret is added to the pitcher, approximately 40/50%. It expires in a pitcher and is fermented for 6-8 months, it remains at full chacha for about 1.5/2 months, it is transferred to a cistern, the primary leek is removed and it returns to the pitcher. After a maximum of 6-8 months in the pitcher, it is poured into stainless steel vessels and bottled after 9/10 months of fermentation.

The harvest is harvested by hand. Before processing the grapes, the best bunches are selected on the conveyor. The temperature of the obtained high-quality grain will be reduced to 20 C° before it is transferred to the cistern for fermentation. When the concentration of sugar drops to 45 g/l, we stop the fermentation using the shock cooling method. The obtained wine material is stored at -3C° for 5-8 months, after which the wine is processed and bottled.
